Most TotoPicks orders are prepared and processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, promotional events, periods of high order volume, address verification, or unexpected product availability issues, processing may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

TotoPicks ships to eligible destinations supported by our shipping partners. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and local carrier coverage.

Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders of US$49 or more.

Orders below US$49: A flat standard shipping fee of US$9.90 applies to orders below US$49.

The applicable shipping charge will also be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

When tracking information is available, we will send it to the email address provided during checkout. After dispatch, tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active or show its first update.

Please make sure that your shipping address, including your name, street address, postal code and other required information, is complete and accurate before placing your order. We may not be able to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges or other local fees.

Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient upon import or delivery. Such charges are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, public holidays, incorrect address information, high shipping volumes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order appears to be delayed, please check the tracking information first. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the parcel appears to be stuck in transit, contact us at hello@totopicks.com with your order number and tracking information. We will review the available information and contact the relevant shipping carrier where appropriate.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the products inside before disposing of any packaging materials, and contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@totopicks.com .

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier.

If the shipping carrier confirms that your parcel has been lost in transit, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a refund, as appropriate.

If an item arrives damaged due to transportation, please provide clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
