These Terms of Service govern your use of totopicks.com and purchases from TotoPicks. The store is operated by HiBeaver Technology Limited.

Store information

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, images, prices and availability. Our products may include DIY pearl diamond painting kits and related craft items. Product colours, printed details and the appearance of finished artwork may vary slightly depending on your device, lighting conditions, materials or production batch.

Because our products are designed for hands-on crafting, the final appearance of a completed project may vary depending on the placement of the pearls, individual crafting technique and other factors. We may correct errors and update product information where reasonably necessary.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, subject to payment verification and product availability.

We may cancel or limit an order when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, pricing or product information errors, technical issues, or unavailable stock. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled item, the applicable amount will be refunded.

DIY pearl diamond painting is a hands-on craft activity, and the time required to complete a project may vary from person to person. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, completed artwork, framing and decorative accessories are not included with the kit.
